Schedule a call with me

I will collaborate with you to create your custom trip

I will do extensive research and collaborate with my partners around the world – and you.

I will finalize your trip reservations and always keep track of any changes.

I will create a color itinerary of your flights, hotels, tours, and transfers – all based on your budget and goals.  All details will be reviewed with you. I will give you a printable version and a digital app to access the entire itinerary while you travel.

I will be with you BEFORE, DURING, and AFTER your travel.

PLANNING FEES

Travel today can be a very complicated process.  It can be very challenging to navigate international travel across time zones, multiple destinations, special tours, transfers, and more.  I will collaborate with you to design a comprehensive itinerary for you and I will be available while you travel to help you and to advocate for you if something goes wrong.  I spend a great deal of time on every client itinerary:  research, collaboration, trip management, and communication before, during, and after your trip.  For all of this, I charge the following planning fee:

• $200 - $500 for 2 adults (depending on the complexity of the trip)

• $25 per person for additional travelers (children under 18 are free) 

I will be at your side (virtually) if something goes wrong on your trip (canceled flights, schedule changes, missed connections, weather delays, lost baggage, disappointing service, etc.)

  You will often find that the additional perks or upgrades I am able to procure for you are far greater than planning fee.

NOTE: I am waiving all planning fees for first-time clients!
